Rodney’s Oyster House at The Niagara Food and Wine Expo 2011

I went to the Niagara Food and Wine Expo and had the most delicious oysters from Rodney’s Oyster House. The Merigomish oysters hails from Nova Scotia, Canada. They were large, mealy and went beautifully with lemon and red wine vinaigrette. I am salivating just thinking about it!
